Customers are responsible for selecting Products appropriate for their intended application and for determining whether the Products meet the requirements of their workplace, industry, customer, market, or jurisdiction. Where Products are represented as protective equipment, stated standards, certifications, ratings, and test results apply only within the scope and conditions of the relevant testing or certification requirements. No glove or protective product provides unlimited protection against every hazard. Customers and downstream users are responsible for appropriate hazard assessment, product selection, proper fit, inspection, maintenance, replacement, and safe use. Guard Gloves does not represent that any Product will eliminate every risk of injury.
Where applicable, Guard Gloves may provide information regarding standards, certifications, test reports, technical specifications, or performance ratings. Such information is provided for business evaluation and must not be interpreted as a universal guarantee of suitability for every application. Customers should request and review applicable technical documentation before placing commercial orders where certification, regulatory, technical, or customer-specific requirements apply. Where required, the applicable quotation, specification, approved sample, test report, certification document, or written commercial agreement will govern the specific Products supplied.
Pricing, minimum order quantities, lead times, payment terms, shipping terms, packaging requirements, customization, certifications, and other commercial terms may be provided through individual quotations or proposals. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Website pricing or product information is indicative only and does not constitute a binding quotation. A quotation may have a specified validity period and may be subject to material availability, production capacity, exchange-rate fluctuations, freight costs, and other stated conditions. A commercial transaction becomes binding only when accepted through the applicable written quotation, purchase order, sales confirmation, supply agreement, invoice, or other contractual documentation.
Orders from Business Customers may be subject to minimum quantities, product specifications, approved samples, production lead times, payment terms, inspection requirements, shipping arrangements, and other agreed conditions. Guard Gloves reserves the right to accept, decline, limit, or condition an order based on production capacity, material availability, credit status, compliance requirements, technical feasibility, customer requirements, or other legitimate commercial reasons. Where a written sales confirmation, purchase order, quotation, supply agreement, or other commercial document applies, that document will govern the transaction to the extent of any conflict with these Website Terms.
Guard Gloves may provide custom manufacturing, OEM, ODM, private-label, branded, customized, or product-development services. Business Customers may provide logos, trademarks, artwork, specifications, packaging designs, technical requirements, samples, patterns, or other materials. The customer is responsible for ensuring that it owns or has permission to use all materials and intellectual property supplied to Guard Gloves. Custom products may require separate written specifications, approvals, samples, tooling arrangements, minimum quantities, production schedules, payment terms, confidentiality obligations, and other commercial conditions. No custom production commitment is binding until confirmed in writing by the applicable Guard Gloves business entity.
Guard Gloves may work with distributors, importers, wholesalers, retailers, brands, safety suppliers, sporting-goods businesses, and other commercial partners.Distribution territories, exclusivity, minimum purchase commitments, pricing, branding rights, sales channels, marketing obligations, intellectual-property rights, and other commercial terms must be agreed separately in writing. Use of the Website or submission of an inquiry does not create a distributorship, dealership, agency, exclusivity arrangement, or territorial right.
Guard Gloves may provide samples for evaluation, testing, approval, product development, or commercial review. Samples may not be identical to final production products where development, testing, materials, specifications, or customer approvals are still in progress. Customers are responsible for communicating required specifications and confirming final production requirements before placing commercial orders. Where an approved sample forms part of a commercial agreement, its status and applicable tolerances should be recorded in the relevant transaction documents.
Shipping and delivery terms will be determined by the applicable quotation, sales confirmation, purchase order, shipping agreement, or other transaction document. Guard Gloves may ship Products from Pakistan, Canada, or another location depending on the Product and commercial arrangement. For international transactions, the parties may agree on applicable Incoterms® or other delivery terms. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Business Customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping, consignee, customs, import, and documentation information. Customers are responsible for complying with applicable import, customs, labeling, product registration, and other requirements in their destination market unless a separate written agreement expressly assigns those responsibilities to Guard Gloves.
Payment terms will be established through the applicable quotation, invoice, purchase order, sales confirmation, or written agreement. For B2B transactions, Guard Gloves may require advance payment, deposit, letter of credit, documentary collection, open-account terms, or other agreed payment arrangements. The customer is responsible for bank charges, transaction fees, taxes, duties, customs charges, and other costs assigned to the customer under the applicable commercial terms. Late or non-payment may result in suspension of production, shipment, credit terms, or future orders, subject to the applicable agreement and law.
Where agreed, Products may be subject to pre-production approvals, sample approval, in-process inspection, final inspection, third-party inspection, laboratory testing, or customer-specific quality requirements. Inspection standards, acceptable quality limits, testing methods, tolerances, sampling procedures, and inspection timing should be agreed in writing where they are material to the transaction. Unless otherwise agreed, a Business Customer should promptly notify Guard Gloves of any apparent quality or quantity discrepancy after receipt of Products and provide reasonable supporting information.
All Website Content, including Guard Gloves names and logos, trademarks, product photographs, product designs, graphics, written content, videos, catalogues, technical materials, and downloadable materials is owned by or licensed to Guard Gloves and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use Website Content for legitimate internal business evaluation related to potential dealings with Guard Gloves. You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, license, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit Website Content without prior written permission. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Guard Gloves intellectual property to you.

Business Customers are responsible for appropriate product selection, evaluation, testing, storage, handling, installation where applicable, workplace use, resale, marketing, labeling, and compliance with laws applicable to their activities. Customers should not modify, alter, relabel, or represent Products in a manner inconsistent with agreed specifications or applicable law. Customers are responsible for communicating appropriate product information and safety instructions to downstream users where required.
Guard Gloves will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, fire, flood, war, terrorism, civil unrest, epidemics, pandemics, government restrictions, customs delays, transportation disruptions, labor disputes, strikes, supply-chain disruptions, utility failures, raw-material shortages, or failures of third-party service providers.
Pakistan Transactions: Transactions handled through the Pakistan manufacturing/export operation may be governed by the laws of Pakistan and the applicable laws of the relevant province, subject to the terms of the applicable commercial agreement.
Canada Transactions: Transactions handled through the Canadian distribution/brand operation may be governed by the laws applicable to the relevant Canadian jurisdiction, together with applicable federal Canadian law, subject to the terms of the applicable commercial agreement.
International Transactions: For customers outside Canada and Pakistan, the applicable governing law and dispute forum should preferably be stated in the relevant quotation, sales agreement, distribution agreement, purchase order, or other commercial document.
Where a separate written agreement contains a governing-law or dispute-resolution clause, that clause will govern the transaction to the extent permitted by law.
For B2B transactions, the parties are encouraged to first attempt to resolve commercial disputes through good-faith discussions between their authorized representatives. Where a separate written contract, quotation, distribution agreement, purchase order, or sales agreement contains dispute-resolution provisions, those provisions will apply. Where no separate dispute-resolution provision exists, the applicable legal forum and procedure will be determined according to the governing law applicable to the relevant transaction.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our business, Website, Products, or legal requirements. The updated version will be posted on the Website with a revised “Last Updated” date. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Terms applicable to a particular commercial transaction will be those incorporated into or referenced by the relevant transaction documents.
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, it will be interpreted or modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable where legally permitted. The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
